Accept Your Offer

Congratulations! You have been accepted to attend Queens College. Upon successful completion of any outstanding requirements, you will enter your degree program at Queens College.

Now you need to follow these few simple steps to accept your offer:

1. Sign the acceptance of admission form and complete outstanding conditions. If you don't understand one of the conditions, please contact

2. Email all required visa documents to QC GSSP admissions. These documents include:

  • Declaration and Certification of Finances (DCF) Form
  • Bank statements or letters from the bank showing sufficient funds in U.S. Dollars to cover the amount listed on the DCF form. The statement must be dated within 3 months of I-20 issuance.

3. Pay your fees

In order to accept your offer and reserve a space at Queens College, you must pay the deposit listed on your admit letter. You can pay online, via bank check or wire transfer.

That's it! Once you've accepted your offer, we will send you a confirmation notification and start processing your I-20.
